About
We live surrounded by screens.
From the moment we wake up to the moment we fall asleep, notifications, videos,
messages, and endless scrolling quietly fill our attention.
10min-Offline is not about rejecting technology.
It is about creating a small pause within it.
This project invites people to spend just ten minutes away from their phones,
headphones, and constant digital stimulation — long enough to notice the sounds,
spaces, emotions, and moments that are often ignored in everyday life.
The world has not become silent.
We have simply stopped listening.
Through sound archives, late-night screen captures, personal memories,
documentary storytelling, and youth reflections, 10min-Offline explores how screen dependency
shapes the way we feel, think, sleep, connect, and remember.
Sometimes, ten minutes is enough to realize what we have been missing.
